The Emerging Leaders Spotlight section offers you a platform to showcase and celebrate your noteworthy achievements and impactful contributions within your community. You can nominate yourself or a fellow trainee! Faculty and Staff are encouraged to submit as well! This spotlight allows us to provide a meaningful and inspiring overview of the dedication and impact Emerging Leaders make within the AUCD Network. |

2024-2025 Emerging Leaders Welcome Webinar |
Join us on Thursday, September 12th, from 3:00-4:30 PM EST for the Welcome Webinar! This webinar will help you discover more about the Emerging Leaders Community and your role within the AUCD Network. The webinar covers information about resources and opportunities designed to enhance your traineeship experience. It will also serve as the first quarterly Emerging Leaders Community meeting – an opportunity for you to network with trainees across programs and disciplines and learn from former trainees. |

Trainee Opportunities Across the Network |

National Trainee Network Exchange |
This leadership role is a virtual experience for trainees (LEND and DBP) to expand knowledge, leadership, and services related to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD). Selected trainees will participate in a cohort that will learn about clinical practice and interventions, network with researchers, meet people with FASD lived experience, and explore policy that impacts systems. Cohort members will receive financial support to attend the Disability Policy Seminar held in Washington D.C. in April 2025. Deadline to apply is Monday, September 23, 2024. |
